Cayce Fire Department Battalion Chief Scott Hall has served for 31 years. On Tuesday, he retired.
"Congratulations on your retirement and thank you for all you have done for our City, our citizens and our community," read an email from City of Cayce Spokeswoman Ashley Hunter.
